Delivery capacity without another recruitment cycle
Give us a defined part of the project. Keep control of the client relationship.
CODEVENOM works behind software houses as a white-label delivery partner for PHP, React and platform work. We join the delivery system you already have, take responsibility within an agreed boundary and keep coordination compact.
You add accountable delivery capacity without hiring ahead of demand, carrying a bench or handing the client relationship to another vendor.
Where responsibility starts
A workstream with an owner, not another CV in the pipeline.
The handoff starts with a boundary: what CODEVENOM owns, what remains with your team and how decisions cross between the two.
We take responsibility for a product area, integration, modernization track, maintenance scope or other workstream with documented outcomes, dependencies and decision rights.
Within that boundary, we plan the work, implement it, review it, prepare releases and support the result in production instead of stopping at completed tickets.
Blocked access, missing decisions, security concerns, schedule pressure and assumptions with commercial impact are reported early and in writing.
White-label rules, NDA obligations, approved communication paths and reasonable non-circumvention terms are agreed before client or repository access.
Every engagement has a named technical owner. Work is not quietly passed through another layer of unknown suppliers.
Relevant experience
Proven inside subcontracting chains—not only on direct-client projects.
CODEVENOM has delivered for other software houses and inside multi-company chains where a partner retained the end-client relationship. We describe our actual role and do not present an end client as a direct CODEVENOM customer.
Engagement models
Choose a model that matches the responsibility, not a generic staffing package.
Availability is confirmed before a proposal. We do not present capacity that has not been reserved or promise a start date before reviewing the project.
A defined outcome or project area with an agreed boundary, dependencies, acceptance criteria and review points.
Ongoing delivery against one prioritized backlog, with an agreed capacity envelope and operating cadence.
Responsibility for a system or subsystem that needs stabilization, predictable releases and continued technical ownership.
FAQ
Questions software houses ask before bringing in a delivery partner.
Can CODEVENOM work fully white-label?
Yes. We can work behind your brand, use agreed communication channels and keep your company as the commercial owner of the relationship. The exact client-facing role is documented before the engagement begins.
Is this staff augmentation?
Not primarily. We are strongest when you can define a workstream or outcome with clear ownership. If the need is one supervised developer attending every daily ceremony, conventional staff augmentation may be the better model.
Will you sign an NDA and non-circumvention terms?
Yes, provided the obligations are specific, mutual where appropriate and limited to the clients, information and period genuinely connected to the engagement.
Can you communicate directly with our end client?
Yes, if that helps delivery and the role is agreed in advance. We can also remain entirely behind your delivery lead and never contact the client directly.
How is the work billed?
Depending on the boundary, the engagement can use a scoped project price or reserved monthly capacity. Reporting, payment schedule and what counts as out of scope are agreed before work starts.
Which languages and time zone do you support?
Delivery can run in English or Polish within the CET/CEST time zone. Written communication is preferred for status, decisions and traceability.
Which technologies are the best fit?
The strongest fit is PHP, Symfony or Laravel, React or Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Linux and cloud infrastructure. Adjacent stacks are reviewed against the actual responsibility required.
How quickly can you start?
We confirm that only after reviewing current commitments, scope, access and meeting expectations. A credible start date is included in the proposal rather than promised before qualification.
